Crelocks Shows is a trade show lead-capture and follow-up workflow application that helps vendors collect lead details, save notes, organize product context, and prepare follow-up messages. This policy applies to information you provide directly to us, information we process on your behalf, and Google user data accessed through Google OAuth and Gmail integrations.

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company name, booth details, signatures, lead notes, manually entered lead details, and other business information you choose to submit.

When you use Crelocks Shows, we may collect or process business card photos, product photos, voice-note transcripts, saved lead records, drafted follow-up content, and account settings.

If you connect your Google account, we may collect limited Google user data needed to operate the connected feature. This can include your Google account email address, basic Google profile details, OAuth tokens, and Gmail draft metadata needed to create or manage draft messages for you.

We use personal information and business data to provide, maintain, support, and improve Crelocks services, including lead capture, saved notes, follow-up drafting, billing, authentication, abuse prevention, and customer support.

We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that you request, such as signing you in with Google, connecting your Gmail account, and creating Gmail drafts on your behalf when you choose that functionality.

We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, data brokering, personalized advertising, retargeting, creditworthiness decisions, or similar unrelated purposes. We also do not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties except as needed to operate the service you request, comply with the law, protect rights and security, or work with service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations.

We may share data with infrastructure and service providers that help us operate Crelocks, such as hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, payment, and email-delivery providers. These providers may process data only for service-delivery purposes consistent with this policy.

If required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, we may disclose information when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with our legal obligations or protect Crelocks, our users, or the public.

If you authorize Google access, Crelocks uses Google user data only for the specific feature you enable. For example, if you connect Gmail draft functionality, Crelocks may use your connected Gmail account information and Gmail draft permissions to create draft messages for your review.

Google user data is not shared, transferred, or disclosed for purposes unrelated to providing or improving the requested user-facing functionality. Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising.

You can disconnect your Google account by contacting us or by revoking the app from your Google account permissions. Disconnecting your Google account will stop future Google-based actions, though records already created inside Crelocks may remain in your account history unless you request deletion.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain account records, fulfill legitimate business purposes, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Lead records, notes, drafts, and related business assets may remain in your workspace until deleted by you or removed according to our retention practices. Usage counters and audit records may be retained even if a lead record is deleted, for billing, fraud prevention, and service integrity purposes.

No system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information we process.
